Description
2016 New York City Marathon
To find out more about the New York City Marathon, you can visit their site. The New York City Marathon has grown from a race with 55 finishers to the world's biggest and most popular marathon, with nearly 50,000 finishers in 2015. A course of 26.2 miles, finishing in the iconic Central Park, this race is the experience and achievement of a lifetime. For the first time, Walkabout Foundation has 5 exclusive spots available in this prestigious event and we welcome you to join us on a first-come, first-serve basis. There is no entry fee to join but we ask that each runner on our team raise a minimum of £3,500/$5,000 which is the equivalent of 25 wheelchairs for 25 individuals in need. Simply email us at info@walkaboutfoundation.org if you would like to receive the registration form and join Walkabout Foundation in this unique, once-in-a-lifetime experience!
